Fees & Insurance

• My rate is $150 per session for individual therapy

• I am in-network with Cigna and Carelon Behavioral Health

For most clients, therapy is at least partially reimbursable by insurance companies.  I am able to provide you with a weekly invoice and monthly superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.  I participate as an in-network provider with Cigna and Carelon insurance panels at this time.

If you have other health insurance and are interested in possible reimbursement for therapy sessions, please ask your insurance company the following questions:

1. Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage?

2. Does my out-of-network outpatient mental health benefit cover me seeing a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) for psychotherapy?

3. What is my benefit rate? How much will I be reimbursed? Is there a cap on the number of sessions?

• Payment for virtual sessions is accepted through Zelle, Venmo, Stripe, and CashApp as well as through Simple Practice and Headway where applicable.
